Mid-Winter Conference

ACCOMMODATIONS

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Crowne Plaza Hotel at a rate of $109 Single/Double.  Please call (225) 925-2244 to make your reservations and mention that you are with Louisiana Municipal Association’s Mid-Winter Conference to secure this special rate. The reservation cut-off date is Saturday, January 20, 2018.  Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m., unless special arrangements are made in advance.

The suggested length of stay is from Tuesday, February 20, through Thursday, February 22.  The first session is tentatively scheduled to begin at 1:00 p.m., February 20


REFUND POLICY
An administrative fee of $45 will be charged for all cancellations of the LMA Mid-Winter Conference, including medical emergencies. No refunds will be given after Tuesday, February 6, 2018 (two weeks prior to the start of event).
Refunds will be issued only if the LMA office receives your cancellation request in the form of a letter on your official letterhead mailed, emailed, faxed, or delivered to our office with a postmark date no later than February 6, 2018. Telephone requests for refunds are not acceptable. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
