CONFERENCE AGENDA
Common Municipal Law Pitfalls to Avoid (Especially If You Have a Lot of Irons in the Fire) Neil T. Erwin, Neil Erwin Law, LLC
Due to popular demand, LCAA is hosting this conference as a hybrid live/virtual event. Please note that if you are attending the conference online, you MUST register for the event using our online registration portal and a credit card. Virtual attendees will be asked to enter their bar roll numbers to ensure that the Supreme Court provides proper credit for online attendance. Virtual attendees will be given a set of secret code words by the speaker for every workshop. The purpose of these words is to confirm your attentiveness during each session. This protocol is mandated by the Louisiana State Bar Association in order to get CLE credit. Once you have registered for your classes online (see below), and before the conference begins, you will receive an email that contains the secret word verification form. You will fill in the words provided by the speaker for each class that you attend and upon completion of your last class, you will click “submit” to finalize the form and generate a pre-filled email. Then just hit "send" on that email and you're all done! Your CLE hours will be calculated based on the completed word blocks that you provide. All word verification forms must be received by the LMA by close of business on Wednesday, March 23, 2022.
