By participating in this event, exhibitors agree, at their sole cost and expense, that they shall protect, indemnify, defend, release and hold harmless the Louisiana Municipal Association, its respective officials, directors, employees, subsidiaries, and agents (collectively, the “Indemnitees”), from and against any and all foreseeable or unforeseeable damages of any nature or kind, claims, losses, expenses, costs, fees, suits, judgments, awards, penalties, obligations and liabilities (including reasonable attorney’s fees), imposed upon or incurred by or asserted against Indemnities and directly or indirectly arising out of, or in any way related to any one or more of the following: (i) any breach of any covenant, representation or warranty made by the exhibitor, (ii) any failure by the exhibitor to perform or fulfill any of its obligations, covenants or agreements as set forth in these policies, (iii) the negligence or intentional misconduct of the exhibitor, any subcontractor of the exhibitor, or any of their respective employees or agents, (iv) any failure of the exhibitor, its subcontractors, or their respective employees to comply with any applicable law, (v) any litigation, proceeding or claim by any third party relating in any way to the obligations of the exhibitor under these policies or the exhibitor’s performance under these policies, (vi) any Employee Taxes or Unemployment Insurance, or (vii) any claim alleging that the exhibitor’s Products and Services or any part thereof infringe any third party’s U.S. patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property interest. The indemnity obligations of the exhibitor under this paragraph shall survive the conclusion of the event for two years.

REFUND POLICY: An administrative fee of $250 will be charged for all cancellations. No refunds will be given after July 12. Please send your request in the form of a letter on your official letterhead mailed, emailed, or delivered to our office with a postmark no later than July 12, 2024.
