ACCOMMODATIONS

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Crowne Plaza Hotel at a rate of $118. 

 Please call (225) 925-2244 to make your reservation and mention that you are with

 Louisiana Municipal Association’s Mid-Winter Conference 2026.

The reservation cut-off date is SATURDAY, JANUARY 3, 2026. 

REGISTRATION

You may register on-line below or if you need to register with a check payment?  Click the graphic below or the link following to download a mail-in registration form.

An administrative fee of $250 will be charged for all cancellations of the LMA Mid-Winter Conference, including medical emergencies.   

  No refunds will be given after January 20, 2026, (Two weeks prior to the start of the event.)

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS 

The LMA offers the option to pay by credit card for your convenience.  By proceeding to check out, you agree that a flat convenience charge of 3% will be added to your total purchase amount.  Alternatively, you can pay with a check to avoid this fee.  Click on the 'Registration Form' icon above to download a copy of the paper form to submit with your check payment.
