An administrative fee of $75 will be charged for all cancellations, including medical emergencies. No refunds will be given after Tuesday, July 21(two weeks prior to the start of event). Refunds will be issued only if the LMA office receives your cancellation request in the form of a letter on your official letterhead mailed, emailed, faxed, or delivered to the office with a postmark date no later than Tuesday, July 21, 2026. Telephone requests for refunds are not accepted. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

Choose 'DELEGATE REGISTRATION' if you are an elected/appointed official or an employee of a municipality [Ex: clerk, public works director, etc.].
Please be sure to select 'GUEST REGISTRATION' if you have a guest attending. Your registration fee includes one complimentary guest registration. Guest registration includes entry into the receptions/meal events, guest gift, and one guest banquet ticket. A guest cannot be an elected/appointed official or a municipal employee.
