Hotel Accommodations:  A block of rooms has been reserved at the Embassy Suites Hotel at a rate of $130 Double/King. Please go to LMCA INSTITUTE - 2022 (hilton.com) to make your reservation.  Mention group name: Louisiana Municipal Clerks Institute (Booking Code: MCA) for the discounted rate. The reservation cut-off date is September 30, 2023.  All sleeping rooms are subject to an Early Departure Charge which includes one night's room rate plus applicable fees, taxes and assessments.
