REFUNDS *NEW POLICY8

        An administrative fee of $75 will be charged for all cancellations, including medical emergencies.  No refunds will be given after July 16 (two weeks prior to the start of event).  Refunds will be issued only if the LMA office receives your cancellation request in the form of a letter on you official letterhead mailed, emailed, faxed, or delivered to our office with a postmark date no later than Thursday, July 16, 2015. Telephone request for refunds are not acceptable.  There will be no exceptions to this policy.

[The registration fee includes your Spouse or Guest for all events, including Banquet on Saturday]
