An administrative fee of $75 will be charged for all cancellations, including medical emergencies. No refunds will be given after Thursday, July 15, 2021 (two weeks prior to the start of event). Refunds will be issued only if the LMA office receives your cancellation request in the form of a letter on your official letterhead mailed, emailed, faxed, or delivered to our office with a postmark date no later than Thursday, July 15, 2021. Telephone requests for refunds are not acceptable. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

COMMUNITY ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS INFORMATION:
Entries are due no later than 5:00 p.m., Thursday, June 10! CLICK HERE for the entry packet and information.
*Choose 'DELEGATE' if you are an elected/appointed official or an employee of a municipality [Ex: clerk, public works director, etc.].
*Your registration fee includes one complimentary guest registration, which includes one guest banquet ticket.
*A guest cannot be an elected/appointed official or a municipal employee.
