SHOW TIMES
The exhibit area is available to our attendees from 11 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday, February 20, and 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 21.
VENDOR RECEPTION & NETWORKING
On Tuesday, February 20, there will be a "Vendor Reception" from 5:15 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. This gives attendees the opportunity to enjoy a buffet-style reception with the sponsors and vendors of this event. On Wednesday, February 21, there will be an opportunity for attendees to interact and visit in the vendors with no competing workshops from 11:15 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Crowne Plaza Hotel at a rate of $109 Single/Double. Please call (225) 925-2244 to make your reservations and mention that you are with Louisiana Municipal Association’s Mid-Winter Conference to secure this special rate. The reservation cut-off date is Saturday, January 20, 2018. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m., unless special arrangements are made in advance.
