The reservation cut-off is Monday, May 14, 2024.  Reservations made after this date are subject to higher prevailing nightly rates. Hotel check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m. unless special arrangements are made in advance.

Members discount cost for course attendance will apply only to individual BOAL members.  All other participants are required to pay the course fee rate for non-members, EXCEPT where a jurisdiction is providing substantial assistance in putting on a course AND there is prior written agreement to consequent special terms for the attendance of its employees.  *With the exception of a BOAL cancelled event, refunds will only be issued if the attendee provides written notice no less than two weeks prior to the event.  No refund or credit will be provided for registrant no-shows.
