WHAT:           The St. Francisville Disaster Recovery Center at the Independence Community Center in West Feliciana Parish is closing.

            WHEN:           6 p.m., Monday, Sept. 5, 2016.

             WHY:             The community need has been served.

NOTE:            Disaster Survivors who have registered with FEMA may visit any Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) for face-to-face help. Centers are staffed by FEMA, SBA, and other disaster recovery experts.

Disaster Survivors may register with FEMA or seek information about their case by calling FEMA’s helpline at 800-621-FEMA (3362) or TTY 800-462-7585 for survivors who are deaf or hard of hearing, or visit, or use a tablet or smartphone to access the FEMA app or visit
