A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton Capitol Center at a rate of $149 Single/Double. Please call (225) 344-5866 and identify the group as 'LA Municipal Clerks Association' or give the code 'LAMC7'. You may also reserve your accommodations online. Click here. The reservation cut-off date is March 24, 2021. Hotel check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m.
Overnight guest/valet parking with in/out privileges is $25/day and is available 24 hours. Day parking, 0-4 hours, is $5; and 4 or more house is $15. Due to the changing the dates of the event the administrative fee of $45 will be waived for all cancellations of the conference, including medical emergencies until February 15, 2021. No refunds will be given after March 26, 2021 (roughly two weeks prior to the start of event). Refunds will be issued only if the LMA office receives your cancellation request in the form of a letter on your official letterhead mailed, emailed, faxed, or delivered to our office with a postmark date no later than March 26, 2021. Telephone requests for refunds are not acceptable. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
