REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
*The registration fee includes one Spouse or Guest.
*Souse/Guest cannot be an elected/appointed official or municipal employee.
REFUNDS:
An administrative fee of $75 will be charged for all cancellations, including medical emergencies. No refunds will be given after July 13 (two weeks prior to the start of event). Refunds will be issued only if the LMA office receives your cancellation request in the form of a letter on your official letterhead mailed, emailed, faxed, or delivered to our office with a postmark date no later than Thursday, July 13, 2017. Telephone requests for refunds are not acceptable. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
